• Shipping: Flat rate of $10 USD via UPS Ground, 1-3 business days regardless of size.

Important Notes for FFL Items

Firearms, Receivers, and Class 3 Items:

• Desert Precision Gunworks LLC. will only transfer ownership of firearms, receivers, or Class 3 items to individuals or agencies with a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) and Special Occupational Tax (SOT).

• FFL/SOT Required: We cannot ship these items to individuals without a valid FFL/SOT.

Buyer Responsibility:

• Legal Compliance: Buyers are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.

• Liability: Buyers assume all legal responsibility for the firearm or receiver, including its use, condition, and storage.

• FFL Transfer: Buyers must arrange for transfer through a local FFL dealer. Be aware that your local dealer may charge a transfer fee, which is solely between you and the dealer.

Submitting Your FFL:

Buyers must forward a copy of the FFL and all relevant contact details to Desert Precision Gunworks LLC. FFLs can be sent to:
